Activities

If there is a great interest in any of these activities, we will work on getting group rates.
However, with group rates usually comes a stipulation on start and stop times.

Architectural Tours (MFA)                                                                                                         $25.00

www.mfa.org  Under Calendar, click on Guided Tours, and scroll down to the Architectural section: Guided Back Bay Walking Tour 10:00 am – 12 pm. Wide streets and one grand avenue traverse this former marshland. Thirty years of landfill created the ground for Boston’s magnificent Back Bay, remarkable monument of Victorian architecture, both public and residential. Two-hour tours led by trained MFA Senior Associate guides include identification and description of important historic landmarks.

Bean Town Trolley Tour and Harbor Cruise                                                                        $30.00

Take a two-hour narrated tour where you can hop on and off at your leisure to get a closer look at sights of interest to you. Following your trolley tour, you will tour Boston by water on the sightseeing harbor cruise. Our trolleys run between 9:30 and 4:30 pm, with a trolley reaching each stop approximately every 20 minutes. The last daily departure is 3:00pm.

Bike Riding                                                                                                                    $24.00 - $60.00

We can have bikes delivered (or bring your own). You can go out on your own or with a group.  The Minuteman Bike Path in Lexington goes from Bedford to Cambridge with lots of changes on your way. Bike choices are: Mountain, Sport, or Tandems.

Boston Tours – Pick up/drop off at hotel                                                                             $44.00

www.BostonTours.com   Tour lasts about 6˝ -7 hours. Includes Charlestown Naval Yard, Bunker Hill, Old North Church, Faneuil Hall Marketplace (Lunch), Beacon Hill & “Cheers Bar”, Swan Boats, Harvard & MIT, Fenway Park, and the Museum of Fine Arts.

Concord River                                                                                                               $14.00 - $16.00

Canoe or kayak on the Concord River. Rates are by the hour. Southbridge Boathouse, Main St., Concord. 

Golf

Depending upon the number of people who want to do this, we will try to arrange foursomes at a local course.  Further information to follow.

Liberty Ride                                                                                                                                   $25.00

The 90-minute tour has convenient stops at historic sites and attractions in Lexington and Concord. Note:  Depending upon the number of people who want to do this, we can add to this tour and streamline it to our liking.
